I work with senior leaders at the point where experience is no longer the question — judgment is.

After more than two decades across corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and executive coaching, I’ve seen the same pattern repeat: when leaders reach higher levels of responsibility, the old rules stop working. “Try harder” creates friction. Balance becomes another impossible standard.

My work focuses on integration — not as a philosophy, but as a leadership discipline.

Through private coaching and small‑group work, I help Directors, VPs, and executive leaders think clearly under pressure, make cleaner decisions, and lead in ways that don’t require personal depletion or constant overcompensation.
