These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, subscription and coaching services provided by Lora Crestan ("Work Is Not Your Life", "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Your Responsibilities

As a Coaching Client

  • Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions

  • Provide honest communication about your goals and challenges

  • Complete agreed-upon actions between sessions

  • Give 48-hour notice for session cancellations when possible

  • Respect confidentiality of other participants in group settings

As a Website User

  • Provide accurate information when required

  • Use content for personal development purposes only

  • Respect intellectual property rights

  • Maintain appropriate and respectful communication

What Coaching Is Not

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you need therapeutic support, we'll help you find appropriate resources.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Standard Policy

  • 48+ hours notice: Reschedule

  • Less than 48 hours: Session fee applies (no refunds)

  • No-show: Session fee applies (no refunds)

  • Emergency situations: Handled case-by-case with compassion

Our Flexibility

We understand life happens. We'll work with you on genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances.

Payment Terms

Coaching Services

  • Digital invoices will be provided for e-payment of invoices

  • Payment due before or at time of service

  • Package programs: Payment plans available upon request

Digital Products

Books & Workbooks Purchased Through Third-Party Platforms

  • Refunds handled directly through the platform (Amazon, Apple Books, etc.)

  • Refer to the platform's refund policy for returns and exchanges

  • We do not process refunds for third-party platform purchases

Direct Digital Purchases (Courses, Tools, Resources)

  • Payment due at time of purchase

  • Access provided immediately upon successful payment

  • Technical support available for delivery issues

  • Refunds considered case-by-case for technical failures only

Subscriptions

1. Pricing Tiers

The Integration Lab offers multiple membership tiers. These include:

  • Starter (Free)

  • Core

  • Premium

  • Founding Member (The Bold Ones) – limited to 50 participants

  • Early Access – time-limited access to discounted Core and Premium tiers before full community launch

Each tier is available in monthly or annual payment plans, with a discounted rate for members who choose annual prepayment. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

2. Annual Prepay Terms

  • Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and provide a discounted rate compared to monthly payments.

  • Your annual rate is locked in for the full 12-month term, regardless of any price changes during that time.

  • At the end of the 12 months, your subscription will renew automatically at the current public rate, unless you cancel or change plans prior to renewal.

3. Locked Pricing for Founding & Early Access Members

  • Founding Members receive lifetime access at the Founder rate only if they remain continuously subscribed to that plan. If you cancel or switch tiers, you will lose your locked-in pricing and benefits.

  • Early Access Members receive discounted pricing for 12 months from their original subscription date. After 12 months, your subscription will renew at the current rate for your chosen tier.

4. Upgrading or Downgrading Plans

  • You may upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at any time.

  • Your new plan will follow the current pricing and benefits for that tier at the time of the change.

  • Locked-in pricing does not transfer between tiers. If you downgrade or cancel a Founder or Early Access plan, you cannot rejoin at the original rate.

  • Switching from annual to monthly (or vice versa) will take effect at your next billing cycle.

5. Changes to Pricing or Tiers

We reserve the right to update pricing and tier structures. Any changes will be communicated in advance via email and/or posted in The Integration Lab community.

If you remain subscribed, your plan will continue at your existing rate for the remainder of your billing period unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All frameworks, tools, worksheets, and methodologies are proprietary to Lora Crestan and Work Is Not Your Life. You may:

  • Use materials for your personal development

  • Reference concepts with proper attribution

  • Share insights from your own experience


You may not:

  1. Reproduce or distribute our materials commercially

  2. Claim our frameworks as your own

  3. Use our content to deliver competing services

Your Content

Ideas and insights you share during coaching remain yours. We may reference anonymized examples for teaching purposes with your permission.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Coaching Relationship

  • All coaching conversations are confidential

  • Group coaching participants respect each other's privacy

  • We don't share your information without explicit consent

Legal Exceptions

Confidentiality may be limited by law in cases involving:

  • Threat of harm to self or others

  • Suspected child abuse

  • Court-ordered disclosure

Limitation of Liability

Coaching Outcomes

  • Results depend on your commitment and implementation

  • We provide tools and support, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes

  • You're responsible for decisions and actions taken

Website Usage

  • Content provided for educational purposes

  • We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee perfection

  • Use your judgment in applying any suggestions

The Fine Print (That's Actually Important)

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Changes will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

Dispute Resolution

We believe in resolving issues through direct, honest communication. If concerns arise:

  • First: Let's talk directly to understand and address the issue

  • If needed: We'll work together to find a fair solution

  • Last resort: Formal mediation in Ontario, Canada
