Hi, I'm Lora.
I help people see the patterns they can't yet see for themselves. I work as an executive coach, author and strategic thinking partner for leaders who are at their edge, ready to grow -- without losing what matters.
I've led teams, built & scaled organizations and sat in the rooms where big decisions get made. I know the pressure, the pace and the cost of operating out of alignment.
I bring curiosity, honesty and a bit of grit to every conversation.

I didn't set out to build a philosophy.
Like many leaders, my calendar had become a measure of my value. Every hour was spoken for, every decision seemed to need me, and even finding time for blood work felt like one more thing to squeeze into an already impossible day. From the outside, everything looked successful. From the inside, I knew the way I was working wasn't sustainable.
That experience changed the questions I started asking, first of myself and then of the leaders I coached. Over time, I realized I wasn't seeing isolated challenges. Burnout, delegation, confidence, ambition, career decisions and relationships all pointed back to the same thing: the way we learn to operate. Once I started connecting those dots, I couldn't unsee them. That became the foundation of everything I do.
I still find myself reaching new edges. Last year, what started as a casual conversation about downsizing "someday" turned into selling the home we loved and moving within six months. The moment we stopped looking at the house and started looking at the life we wanted next, the decision became obvious.
That's the lesson I keep coming back to -- for myself and for the people I work with. Once you see differently, you lead differently.
Life outside of work
I run. I read. I travel.
I've never met a puzzle I didn't like.
I believe in good coffee, long walks, deep conversations and laughter that makes your stomach hurt.
